Who I am
What mostly makes me unique is my breadth.

I can obsess the little things; how strong a haptic feedback should be, what animation curve works the best, the corner radius of a sheet, the line spacing of a type setting, the most efficient way to create an animation, or what elements should be cut in order to make things easier for the user.

At the same time, having in periods relied solely on myself to create something people will pay cash for - in order for me to make rent - I have learned to think big picture. To think from the customers side and focus on what might have a real impact on the business, versus what is simply shiny.

One of the hardest skills I try to improve on everyday is to view what I’m working on like it’s the first time I see it.

Lastly, if I’ve learned one big lesson over the years, it’s that there aren’t a lot of shortcuts. When you don’t put in the pain of creating what customers value, don’t expect them to give you any back in return.
